Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the thick cut bacon. Cook for about 8-10 minutes until crispy, then transfer to a plate lined with paper towels.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a separate pan, pour in the egg mixture, and cook for 3-4 minutes until fluffy.
  3. Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop into a bowl. Add garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lime juice, then mash until smooth.
  4. Butter one side of each sourdough slice. Layer one slice with cheese, bacon, eggs, and avocado spread, top with cheese and another slice butter-side up.
  5. Cook the sandwich in the skillet for 2-3 minutes until golden, flip and grill the other side for another 2-3 minutes until cheese melts.
  6. Remove from skillet, let cool briefly, slice in half, and serve hot.
