Muffin Preparation

- Fold in diced apples until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
- In a small bowl, combine cold cubed butter, oats, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon to make streusel.
- Spoon batter into muffin tin, filling two-thirds full, and sprinkle streusel on top.
