Grill or cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
While the chicken is resting, prepare the Alabama white sauce by combining mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
Slice the cooked chicken into strips.
Toast the slider buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.
Assemble the sliders by placing a few strips of chicken on the bottom half of each bun, adding a generous dollop of Alabama white sauce, followed by shredded lettuce, a slice of tomato, and pickles if desired.
Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
