- Begin by thoroughly washing your fresh vegetables like carrots, zucchini, and sweet potatoes. Peel them if you prefer, then slice each vegetable into even pieces about 1/8 inch thick.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the sliced vegetables with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of paprika.
- Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and allow it to preheat for about 3 to 5 minutes.
- Carefully place the seasoned veggie slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook them for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once the cooking time is up, remove the veggie chips from the air fryer and transfer them to a wire rack to cool.
