Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by thoroughly washing your fresh vegetables like carrots, zucchini, and sweet potatoes. Peel them if you prefer, then slice each vegetable into even pieces about 1/8 inch thick.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the sliced vegetables with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of paprika.
  3. Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and allow it to preheat for about 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Carefully place the seasoned veggie slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook them for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Once the cooking time is up, remove the veggie chips from the air fryer and transfer them to a wire rack to cool.
