Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season the duck legs with salt and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and cook duck legs for 60-75 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. Cook celeriac in boiling water for 20 minutes and sauté greens for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Plate the duck with celeriac mash and sautéed greens, drizzling citrus glaze on top.
