Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Chill a deep mixing bowl and whisk attachments in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  2. In the cold bowl, combine the double cream and sugar, whisk on medium speed for 4-5 minutes until soft peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the mango pulp into the whipped cream mixture using a spatula for about 2 minutes.
  4. Spoon a dollop of mango pulp into the bottom of serving glasses and carefully add the whipped mousse on top.
  5. Top with optional mango cubes, cover with plastic wrap, and chill for 30-40 minutes.
  6. Remove the plastic wrap and serve the mousse straight from the glasses.
