Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 cup coconut milk or any milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup fresh berries strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional

Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen mango, frozen pineapple, banana, coconut milk, and honey or maple syrup if using. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more coconut milk to reach your desired consistency.
  2. Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.
  3. Top the smoothie with granola, shredded coconut, fresh berries, and chia seeds if desired.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing tropical smoothie bowl!
