Steps for Making Matcha Latte Cookies
  1. Prepare Butter: Melt butter in a saucepan, then cool to room temperature.
  2. Mix Base Ingredients: Whisk together melted butter and granulated sugar, then mix in egg and vanilla.
  3. Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, matcha powder, and salt.
  4. Shape Cookies: Form dough balls, flatten slightly, refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 355°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
