- In a large pot, combine 2 cups of apple cider or apple juice with 2 packets of unflavored gelatin. Allow the mixture to sit undisturbed for 5–10 minutes, letting the gelatin bloom.
- Place the pot on medium-high heat and stir gently as the mixture warms, continue until it reaches a light boil, about 3–5 minutes.
- Let the mixture cool at room temperature for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once cooled, stir in 1 cup of apple-flavored vodka or whiskey until it's fully blended, about 1–2 minutes.
- Carefully divide the mixture into 20 shot cups, filling each about ¾ full. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours.
- Before serving, sprinkle cinnamon on top for added flavor and visual appeal.
