Method
- In a blender, combine the fresh spinach leaves and almond milk. Blend until smooth.
- Add the frozen banana, Greek yogurt, honey (if using), and ice cubes. Blend again until all ingredients are well combined and smooth.
- If desired, add chia seeds and blend for an additional 10 seconds to incorporate.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if needed.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
