  3. Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Mix in soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
  5. Fold in the zucchini noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender yet al dente.
  6. Plate hot, garnishing with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
