Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. In a large pan, heat vegetable oil to 370°F, maintaining a temperature between 360°F and 380°F for frying.
  3. Dip each mushroom in the batter, ensuring it's fully coated before frying.
  4. Fry the mushrooms in small batches for about 4 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt while hot and serve.
