  • 3 cups Water Essential for cooking rice

Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium pot, bring 3 cups of water to a rolling boil over high heat.
  2. Stir in 1 cup of glutinous rice and let it cook for about 5 minutes.
  3. Dissolve 1 cup of ube powder in warm water and add to the pot, stirring well.
  4. Lower the heat and sprinkle in sugar to taste, stirring continuously for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat when it reaches desired consistency.
  6. Ladle into serving bowls and dust with powdered milk or drizzle with coconut milk.
