- Begin by crushing 24 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a zip-top bag and rolling pin. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with 8 ounces of softened cream cheese until a dough-like consistency forms, about 3-5 minutes of mixing.
- Take small portions of the Oreo mixture and roll them into 1-inch balls. Place each ball on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- While the Oreo balls chill, melt 1 and ½ cups of white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals until smooth. Dip each chilled ball into the white chocolate, ensuring it’s completely coated.
