  • Mixing bowl
  • Microwave-safe Bowl
  • Parchment Paper
  • Baking Sheet

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions for Bunny Oreo Balls
  1. Begin by crushing 24 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a zip-top bag and rolling pin. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with 8 ounces of softened cream cheese until a dough-like consistency forms, about 3-5 minutes of mixing.
  2. Take small portions of the Oreo mixture and roll them into 1-inch balls. Place each ball on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  3. While the Oreo balls chill, melt 1 and ½ cups of white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals until smooth. Dip each chilled ball into the white chocolate, ensuring it’s completely coated.
  4. Cut mini marshmallows in half diagonally, then dip the cut side into pink sugar sprinkles. Position the marshmallow halves on the tops of the chocolate-coated Oreo balls to resemble ears.
  5. Allow the Bunny Oreo Balls to set completely at room temperature or in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
