Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather your mini muffin tin.
  2. Cut bacon slices into thirds and arrange two pieces crosswise in each mini muffin cup.
  3. Place 1-2 frozen tater tots on top of the bacon in each muffin cup.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the bacon is golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over each cup.
  6. Bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess grease and cool for 5 minutes before serving.
