Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and any desired condiments for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped spinach, white cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken patties and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. While the patties are cooking, toast the hamburger buns in a separate pan or under the broiler until golden brown.
  5. Assemble the burgers by placing a chicken patty on each bun and topping with lettuce, tomato, and any desired condiments.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
