- 2 large whole wheat tortillas
- 8 ounces sliced turkey breast
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Lay the whole wheat tortillas flat on a clean surface.
- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard together. Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Layer the sliced turkey breast evenly over the tortillas, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Add the sliced avocado, fresh spinach, tomato slices, and shredded cheddar cheese on top of the turkey.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Starting from one edge, carefully roll the tortilla tightly around the fillings.
- Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately or wrap in plastic wrap for later.
