- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 cup coconut milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/4 cup granola
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the frozen mango, frozen pineapple, banana, coconut milk, and honey or maple syrup if using. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more coconut milk to reach your desired consistency.
- Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.
- Top the smoothie with granola, shredded coconut, fresh berries, and chia seeds if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing tropical smoothie bowl!
