- 1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 8 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Take one asparagus spear and wrap it with a slice of prosciutto, starting at the bottom and spiraling up to the tip. Place the wrapped asparagus on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining asparagus.
- Drizzle the olive oil mixture over the wrapped asparagus, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the prosciutto is crispy and the asparagus is tender.
- If desired, drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
Notes
