Description

A creamy and refreshing milkshake made with vanilla ice cream, coconut milk, and fresh pineapple, perfect for a tropical treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks (or canned, drained)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut (optional, for garnish)
  • Maraschino cherries (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, coconut milk, fresh pineapple chunks, and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
  3. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more coconut milk to reach your desired consistency.
  4. Pour the milkshake into tall glasses.
  5. If desired, sprinkle shredded coconut on top and add a maraschino cherry for garnish.
  6. Serve immediately with a straw or a spoon.

Notes

  • For a tropical twist, add a splash of rum extract for a non-alcoholic piña colada flavor.
  • You can substitute the fresh pineapple with frozen pineapple for a thicker milkshake.
