- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 cups fresh pineapple, diced
- 2 cups fresh watermelon, cubed
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
- Zest of 1 lime
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, watermelon, and chopped mint leaves. Gently toss the fruit together to mix.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, and lime zest until well combined.
- Pour the honey-lime dressing over the fruit salad and gently toss to coat all the fruit evenly.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled, garnished with additional mint leaves if desired.
Notes
- For a tropical twist, add diced mango or kiwi to the fruit mix.
- If you prefer a lower sugar option, substitute honey with agave syrup or a sugar-free sweetener.
