  • 1 large lemon (zest and juice)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Place the pizza crusts on baking sheets or pizza stones. Drizzle each crust with olive oil, spreading it evenly.
  4. Spread the ricotta mixture over each pizza crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the ricotta layer.
