- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large lemon (zest and juice)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Place the pizza crusts on baking sheets or pizza stones. Drizzle each crust with olive oil, spreading it evenly.
- Spread the ricotta mixture over each pizza crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the ricotta layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired before slicing and serving.

- For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes to the ricotta mixture or sprinkle on top before baking.
