Kulfi Overnight Oats is a creamy and delicious breakfast option that combines the flavors of traditional Indian kulfi with the convenience of overnight oats.

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup raisins
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, yogurt, sweetened condensed milk, ground cardamom, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well combined.
- Fold in the chopped pistachios, almonds, and raisins.
- Divide the mixture evenly into two or four jars or containers with lids.
- Seal the jars and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 6 hours) to allow the oats to soak and soften.
- Before serving, stir the oats and add additional milk if a thinner consistency is desired. Top with extra nuts or fruits if desired.
Notes
- For a dairy-free version, use almond milk and coconut yogurt.
- Add fresh fruit such as mango or berries on top before serving for added flavor and nutrition.
