Instructions
- Start by toasting the whole grain bread slices until golden brown and crispy.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Drizzle this mixture over the spinach and toss to coat evenly.
- On one slice of toasted bread, layer the Havarti cheese, followed by the avocado slices, tomato slices, and the dressed spinach.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with the second slice of toasted bread. If desired, you can press down gently to help the sandwich hold together.
- Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
