- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup crumbled cotija cheese
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the corn for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the kernels are tender and slightly charred.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, cotija cheese, chili powder, garlic powder, lime zest, lime juice, and salt. Mix until well blended.
- Once the corn is grilled, remove it from the grill and let it cool slightly.
- Brush the corn with the mayonnaise mixture, ensuring it is evenly coated.
- Sprinkle additional cotija cheese and chopped cilantro over the corn.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the corn.
