- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the garlic butter mixture. Let marinate for 15-30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated shrimp onto the skewers, about 4-5 shrimp per skewer.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Remove from the grill and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the marinade.
