Description
A flavorful recipe for grilled boneless chicken thighs, marinated to perfection and grilled to juicy tenderness.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, oregano, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours for more flavor.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and let any excess drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.
- Place the chicken thighs on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing or serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes to the marinade.
- Serve the grilled chicken with a side of grilled vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
