- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the garlic butter mixture.
- Transfer the shrimp to a baking dish and spread them out in a single layer.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the shrimp.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice, then sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
