A refreshing summer treat made with peaches, Greek yogurt, and granola, perfect for cooling down on hot days.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups fresh or frozen peaches, diced
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk (any kind)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup granola
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the diced peaches, Greek yogurt, milk, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup.
- Stir in the granola gently to keep it crunchy.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.
- To remove the pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds until they release easily.
Notes
- For a tropical twist, substitute peaches with diced mango or pineapple.
- Add a tablespoon of chia seeds to the mixture for extra fiber and a nutritional boost.
