Description

A refreshing summer treat made with peaches, Greek yogurt, and granola, perfect for cooling down on hot days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen peaches, diced
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk (any kind)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup granola

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the diced peaches, Greek yogurt, milk, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup.
  3. Stir in the granola gently to keep it crunchy.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  5. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.
  6. To remove the pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds until they release easily.

Notes

  • For a tropical twist, substitute peaches with diced mango or pineapple.
  • Add a tablespoon of chia seeds to the mixture for extra fiber and a nutritional boost.
