- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the spices are fragrant and the chicken is cooked through. Remove from heat.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Gently press a wonton wrapper into each cup of the muffin tin to form a taco shell shape.
- Bake the wonton wrappers in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Once the wonton shells are ready, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- Fill each wonton shell with a spoonful of the seasoned chicken, then top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and a dollop of sour cream.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro if desired and serve with lime wedges on the side.

- For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños or a splash of hot sauce to the chicken mixture.
- Substitute ground turkey or beef for the chicken for a different flavor profile.
