Crispy Air Fryer Spicy Dill Pickle Chips are a delicious and crunchy snack that are easy to make in an air fryer.

- 1 cup dill pickle slices (about 12–15 pickles)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
- Dip each pickle slice first into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Arrange the coated pickle chips in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, try adding a teaspoon of smoked paprika to the breadcrumb mixture.
- For a milder version, skip the cayenne pepper or use a milder seasoning blend.
