Description

Crispy Air Fryer Spicy Dill Pickle Chips are a delicious and crunchy snack that are easy to make in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup dill pickle slices (about 1215 pickles)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
  5. Dip each pickle slice first into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Arrange the coated pickle chips in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
  7. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes
