Crispy Air Fryer Pickles are a quick and tasty snack that are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.

- 1 cup dill pickle slices (about 12–15 slices)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray or olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Pat the pickle slices dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- In a shallow bowl, place the flour.
- In a second shallow bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip each pickle slice first into the flour, shaking off excess, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Arrange the coated pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Air fry the pickles at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.

- For a spicy kick, add cayenne pepper to the breadcrumb mixture.
