- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Mix until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Sprinkle the rainbow sprinkles on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before cutting into squares.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, try adding 1/2 cup of chopped nuts, such as walnuts or pecans, to the batter.
- To make these brownies even more indulgent, top them with a layer of chocolate ganache after they have cooled.
