- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 cup sparkling water
- 2 tablespoons honey (or to taste)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
- Add the freshly squeezed orange juice and honey to the pitcher. Stir well until the honey is fully dissolved.
- Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the berry and juice mixture over the ice, filling each glass about two-thirds full.
- Top each glass with sparkling water and gently stir to combine.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
