Description

Cheesy Garlic Butter Chicken Bites are irresistibly delicious bite-sized pieces of chicken coated in a rich garlic butter sauce and topped with melted mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a large baking dish with cooking spray or a little olive oil.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated with the seasonings.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
  4. Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
  5. Transfer the cooked chicken to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired before serving.
