Ingredients
Scale
- 2 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F or the oven to 425°F. If using the oven, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice. Set aside.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Rub olive oil over the fillets, then season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket or on the prepared baking sheet.
- Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes or in the oven for 12-15 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove the salmon from the air fryer or oven and drizzle the bang bang sauce over the top.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For a crunchier texture, broil the salmon for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
- Try substituting the salmon with shrimp or chicken for a different protein option.
