Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
- Wooden or metal skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Add the chicken cubes and toss until evenly coated.
- Thread the chicken onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- While the chicken is grilling, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a small bowl.
- Once the chicken is done, remove from the grill and serve with the sauce for dipping.
Notes
- For a twist, try marinating the chicken in the sauce for a few hours before grilling for extra flavor.
- You can also substitute the chicken with shrimp or tofu for a different protein option.
