- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the balsamic mixture over them, ensuring they are well coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Drizzle any remaining sauce from the baking dish over the sliced chicken and garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired.
